- the title, name(s) of the author(s), affiliation(s), country, and email address(es);
- a summary of the presentation: capturing the key idea, the research problem(s)/question(s), theoretical framework, methods of research, results, and possible implications.
- unpublished original research;
- 3–5 keywords that describe your research;
- a maximum of 300 words, excluding keywords and references.
The abstract template can be downloaded.
Submitted abstracts will be peer-reviewed.
It is envisaged that selected articles will be published either in a separate book by one of the high-ranking Publishing Houses or in a special issue of the Vilnius University journal ‘Verbum’.
Article submission guidelines
Following the “LEIC Research 2026” Conference, to be held on 12–13 November 2026, participants will be invited to submit their papers for publication in a peer-reviewed volume of research articles to be published by a renowned international academic publisher.
At this stage, participants are encouraged to plan their research and prepare abstracts for their conference presentations. After the conference, authors will have the opportunity to expand their presentations into full research articles, taking into account feedback received from Conference discussions.
All submitted articles will undergo a double-blind peer-review process.
The deadline for article submission is 15 January 2027, with publication of the volume planned for later in 2027. Detailed submission guidelines and a publication timeline, including formatting requirements, length, referencing style, and review procedures, will be announced by 15 May 2026.
We look forward to receiving your contributions and to continuing the academic exchange initiated at the Conference through this publication. We warmly encourage all participants to contribute to a volume that showcases the diversity and quality of research presented at “LEIC Research 2026”.
